Delivery, Cancellations and Return Policy
Although we make every effort to work with customers to avoid issues there will be times when things don't work out as perfect as we expect. Therefore we have listed some terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstandings and guide our customers to a honest relationship.
Decorium Limited does not offer refund in the following conditions;
1. If any of the supplied stones are damaged
2. If any slabs or tiles altered in any way
3. If the product is a bespoke design particularly made for the purchasing customer
Partial returns are not accepted due to the complication of stock level management.
Damaged or inaccurate goods must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation are accepted only if the goods haven't been dispatched to the customer.
Deposit of 25% payments are not refundable in case of order cancellations.
Globalstonesale.com charges delivery fee on all orders.
Accepted returns incur a standard delivery charge.
Any damage to the pallets or stones must be reported to the driver at the point of delivery.
If the delivered order is one pallet only the customer must check and count the goods with the delivering driver to make sure the goods are correct and not damaged.
Customer has 2 days to check the delivered goods if the order is more than one pallet.
